We set goals together – these might include fat loss, strength building, toning, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, coordination, stress-reduction, pregnancy and post-natal fitness, and overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
My aim is to help you build a strong foundation of positive lifestyle habits. Whether you want to feel stronger, improve your posture, increase your mobility, become leaner or alleviate aches and pains, I’m committed to finding the most effective plan to suit your needs. I can also draw on the support of a great network of collaborators, from nutritionists, physiotherapists, Osteopaths to recommended studios, to create a plan that really works for you
