Mel’s a stickler for technique which means you’re always confident that you’re doing the exercises correctly, whether in person or over zoom. Her one-to-one sessions have been designed specifically for me to achieve my personal goals, and her group sessions are always full of variety with different levels to ensure everyone is accommodated. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none, and she’s quite simply one of the loveliest people I’ve met.

Mel is simply brilliant at what she does! I started training with her to strengthen my pelvic floor and help with repairing diastasis recti. These are dramatically improved and she has somehow managed to make me thoroughly enjoy exercise and even look forward to sessions. Mel’s knowledge of the body (especially the female post birth bits) is fantastic; I really feel like I’m with an expert! Since moving to online sessions, not an ounce of support or enthusiasm has changed from Mel and I am working out just as hard...maybe even harder!
