I’m an experienced women’s fitness coach and Pilates instructor specialising in pre natal fitness and post natal rehabilitation. I love helping other women connect with their bodies, to empower them no matter what their ability, to move in a way that feels good for them. As well as being a women’s fitness coach for all ages an abilities, I specialise in functional fitness and Pilates during pregnancy and to prepare for birth. I also help new mums reconnect with their bodies post birth, working on strengthening/releasing the pelvic floor, diastasis recti rehab, correcting alignment to help my clients feel strong and energised again.
There is such a strong link between exercise and mental health - I help you reconnect with what your mind and body need, and get you to become aware of the messages you tell yourself. I want you to feel positive about your body and what it can do. My sessions are designed to be progressive, challenging, varied and – most importantly – fun! Afterwards, my clients say they feel more balanced, energised, strong and fit to face the challenges of their busy lives.
